✔️ Cancelling
• Let us know 48 hours before your appointment and we’ll refund your deposit in full.
• If it’s less than 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

🔁 Rescheduling
• You can reschedule once without losing your deposit as long as it’s more than 48 hours out.
• If you need to reschedule again, the deposit may be forfeited.

⏰ Missed Appointments / No Shows
• If you don’t show up or are more than 60 minutes late without letting us know, the deposit will be forfeited.

We are solely located at our facility - 11110 NE 23rd St, Choctaw, OK 73020

This depends on the package that you purchase and the condition of your vehicle. But we guarantee every detail finished by 6 PM the same day.

We do not provide rides, but we do have a cozy waiting area if you’d like to hang out while we work on your vehicle.

For our Hand Wash & Vacs, you can just swing by — no appointment needed! For full details, you’ll need to book ahead. We usually book out about 1–2 weeks.

We take care of the whole interior — from the cupholders and glovebox to the trunk. Please remove personal items, car seats, and seat covers before your detail, it helps us get started faster and keeps your appointment running smoothly.

Yes! We take great care of your vehicle by using professional-grade products that are designed to be safe on all types of surfaces — including leather seats, paint finishes, and ceramic coatings.

We’ll always put our best effort in! That said, older stains or deeply embedded pet hair can be tough. If we think a stain or hair situation might require extra work, we’ll let you know before we start and talk through any additional cleaning fee.

It’s up to you! Some people love a fresh detail every month, others every couple of months — whatever fits your lifestyle. Most folks who start getting regular details find it helps keep their ride looking great in between services.

Oklahoma weather can be wild — we get it! But don’t worry: we work inside our shop, so rain doesn’t stop us. We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and let you know if we need to adjust anything.
